Parisi Speed School is dedicated to improving speed, strength and agility as well as preventing sports injuries. Athletes from ages 7 through college are trained by certified Parisi athletic trainers with experience developing athletes to reach their full potential.
Many of our athletes and teams have achieved recognition, and many are recruited to play at the collegiate level.
Specific class programs are tailored to athletes from grade school through college. Each class is customized based on age, ability, and sport.
