DESCRIPTIONS

Rock Steady Boxing: A nonprofit organization, gives people with Parkinson’s disease hope by improving their quality of life through a non-contact boxing based fitness curriculum: Contact NJAC@RSBaffiliate.com for info

*Boxing: Boxing has two components:  Strength and Cardio. Strength will have you training like a fighter. Structured around bag work and strength movements that will build muscle, endurance and core strength. Cardio will have you focus on boxing combinations and explosive movements. Pure calorie burn, designed to get your heart rate up and keep it there. Please bring your gloves. *FREE for the Summer for PREMIUM Members. $10 Drop in fee for BASIC Members
